From Judy Gale Roberts' 'Dragon' pattern. Over 60 individually shaped pieces — padauk wings and bloodwood body, aspen teeth and wenge claws — set within a circular burl oak frame. Each wood species was chosen for its natural color. The complexity of the fit required every joint to close precisely.
